12th Month of Dairyland!

As we enter the beginning of spring here in downtown Stoughton, we’ve unveiled the newest of our monthly cheesecake bombs: the Flanigan’s Shenanigans! This is a mint cheesecake with a tasty chocolate ganache in the middle. It’s a nod to a little semi-Irish heritage and an old family name, and a way to celebrate the season.

Next month we’ll start bringing back some old favorites like the “I’m Here for Spring”, for our die-hard fans of strawberry rhubarb. If you’ve been by the cafe, you might have seen that the “Monona Mudslide” already snuck in for an early spring. That delicious gooey cake was one of the early inspirations for the idea of a dessert cafe, when we first started making it for family a decade ago.
