What is a cheesecake Bomb?
I love cheesecake. I remember, growing up, I would alternate between ice cream cake and cheesecake every year for my birthday. When going through some medical issues back in 2006 I spent a year completely gluten-free. During that time I started making crustless cheesecakes since the rest of my recipe minus the crust didn’t have any flour in it! From there I started experimenting and tweaking recipes until I started making cheesecake bombs. These are molded cheesecakes, usually dome shaped, with a surprise filling inside. Our signature cheesecake, The Dairyland, is a mix of chocolate and vanilla cheesecakes with a cinnamon blueberry compote in the center. The day after we closed on the building, my husband celebrated his birthday by enjoying a Dairyland Cheesecake Bomb in our future Dairyland Dessert Cafe
